- For Accreditation: To verify your identity and report successful course completion to relevant accrediting bodies (International Communication Learning Institute) as required for your certification.
- To send administrative information, such as Zoom links and schedule changes.

- Zoom: For hosting virtual classes (your display name/video may be visible to other participants).
