Certification & Continuing Education Disclaimer

1. Basis of Certification (Performance-Based)

Registration and attendance do not guarantee the issuance of a certificate. KaneVP creates accredited training environments where certification is a verification of competency, not just presence.

  • Successful Completion: To receive a certificate of completion or professional certification, the student must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Instructor that all learning outcomes and performance standards have been sufficiently met.
  • Instructor Discretion: The Instructor retains the final authority to withhold certification if a student fails to participate actively, demonstrates unsafe practices, or does not exhibit a sufficient grasp of the course material. In such cases, no partial refunds will be issued.

2. Continuing Education (CE) Credits via Third Parties

While our courses are professionally accredited, the transferability of these hours for academic credit or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through local colleges and universities is subject to specific conditions:

  • No Guarantee: Acceptance of our training hours for credit is at the sole discretion of the receiving college or university. KaneVP does not guarantee that any specific institution will accept our coursework for credit.
  • Student Responsibility: It is the student's sole responsibility to contact the college or university prior to enrollment to verify eligibility and arrange for credit transfer.
  • External Fees: Any application fees, transcription fees, or tuition costs charged by the college or university to process these credits are the responsibility of the student. These fees are separate from the tuition paid to KaneVP.
